Sophal is an amazing healer! My husband and I had skipped a few months because of work and busy schedules and really NEEDED a restart physically and mentally! I went for an hour stretch session with Isabel. She explained very thoroughly what her aim was and what she needed from me and why. She also allowed me to explain what issues I had and worked with and around them. You can tell she really cares about what she does and that she wants you to be and feel better. She gave me tips on what I could do at home to continue my health journey until the next time we meet. I intend to continue to book with Isabel for my stretch sessions and follow up with a massage if her schedule permits. I think I finally found my match!
